HR Generalist (Recruiting & Training)

The ideal candidate will be looking for a diverse HR role with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition, Development and Management. This role provides the opportunity to be a self-starter and take the lead to make the HR team more effective and efficient. A balance of support and autonomy allows for growth and the ability to lead projects and improvement initiatives.

The position reports to the HR Manager and regularly interacts with executives, managers and team members at all levels.

Main Responsibilities :

• Take the lead with Recruiting Efforts and Talent Development initiatives
• Assist with expanding HRIS/ATS utilization and effectiveness
• Lead Talent strategy creation and execution
• Build relationships with recruiting vendors, universities and technical schools
• Assist with HR Data Analytics to drive business decisions
• Provide HR support to team members upon request
• Provide advice and direction to leadership on personnel items
• Participate in administration and compliance items as needed
• Support the overall HR team as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related degree required
• 2+ years of previous Human Resources experience preferred
• Experience with recruiting and interviewing preferred
