As the Ninety organization continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Channel Marketing Manager.

You will lead the development of our channel-focused digital marketing and promotional content campaigns with key partner audiences, including the business coaches, VARs, and ISVs focused on the SMB market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly-impactful “B2B2C” marketing campaigns with partners that build brand awareness, support channel partner sales enablement, and grow our channel partner membership..

You’ll develop a variety of content marketing resources as well as regional and national events, and develop key partner/channel relationships to coordinate marketing campaigns with partner teams. You’re an expert communicator and task manager who can run marketing campaigns collaborating with external partners. You’ll use data-driven marketing techniques to measure and report on the impact of these campaigns to key stakeholders at Ninety and to partners.

You’ll report directly to the head of marketing and work closely with our channel partner team.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An exceptionally curious mind coupled with an obsessive focus on using data and insights to improve the performance of our channel marketing campaigns
  • The ability to translate big picture thinking into actionable, measurable plans.
  • Fluency and deep experience in managing the performance of persona-based buyer’s journeys
  • The ability to form cohesive, productive relationships across the channel, marketing, data, and customer success teams

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of marketing campaigns tailored to channel partners - Own the development and oversee the implementation of these campaigns, working closely with the demand generation team to meet the business objectives.
  • Create regional and national event co-marketing campaigns - Working closely with our partner channel group, develop event plans tailored to the partner’s market focus, to engage prospects and energize existing customers
  • Create partner expansion and segment addition marketing campaigns - Create campaigns to expand our partner community for existing categories of partners, as well as create campaigns to add new categories of partners to our network.
  • Develop and manage the channel marketing budget - Create a marketing budget that assures digital and event marketing plans are successful and achieve our business objectives.

  • You are continuously optimizing the performance of your marketing campaigns based on data-informed improvements and persona refinements
  • You value teamwork and develop cohesive and trusted partnerships with the channel, data analytics, and demand generation teams
  • You take a thought leadership role in campaign planning, bringing best practices and new techniques to our channel marketing programs
  • You help improve the capabilities of our team members through your curiosity and ability to introduce ideas, fostering continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS/Tech enabled organization
  • Intense intellectual curiosity, coupled with a demonstrated ability to research and internalize new methods and measurements that build conversion rate improvement
  • Experience implementing and managing a portfolio of channel partner marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing event planning at a regional and national level
  • Fluency in marketing automation usage, data analytics, and conversion optimization tools and techniques
  • Solid understanding of data management and attribution modeling methodologies
