Sr. Affiliate Sales Manager – Trinity, FL

Nicopure Labs has a tremendous opportunity for a seasoned Sr. Affiliate Sales Manager to join our Trinity, FL office.
The Sr. Affiliate Sales Manager will lead our affiliate sales program by example. The goal is to maximize new customer acquisition through our affiliate partners. The Sr. Affiliate Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our sales strategies and tactics align with the goals of the business and support marketing efforts to drive new customer acquisition through our affiliate partners. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Brand, Operations and other internal departments. This role will report to the eCommerce Program Manager.
Our Sr. Affiliate Wholesale Manager:
Help develop and execute strategy for the affiliate channel to achieve our YoY growth targets
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within new verticals and across new markets internationally
Recruit, qualify, activate, and develop relationships with new affiliates through creative outreach and compelling offers
Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships through ongoing communication, mentoring, creative promos, banner/landing page optimization, etc.
Build brand awareness and reach by finding, establishing, developing, and negotiating high-profile, performance-based partnerships
Supervise employees by assigning work, reviewing progress and assessing performance.
Review program, systems and reports, and confer with management and users to identify problems and suggest improvements
Prepare manuals and train team in use of systems, reports, policies and procedures
Provide technical assistance, consultative coaching and direction for development, evaluation and expansion of the affiliate sales team and program
Review collateral and/or affiliate content to ensure compliance with applicable organizational, statutory and regulatory requirements
Establish KPI’s for reporting results of our affiliate marketing promotions and activity
Maintain on-going communication campaigns to keep affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements
Keep track of affiliate sales and issue affiliate payments based on the commissions earned
Monitor and report on competitor’s affiliate campaigns and promotions
5 plus years of inside sales experience
Computer experience using Windows and Office software, including Word, Excel
Consumable goods sales experience is a plus
Online marketing/sales experience is a plus
A.S., B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field is a plus
Excellent persuasive communication skills including written, verbal and reading comprehension strongly preferred
Excellent leadership skills are strongly preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing and asset creation is preferred
Advanced understanding of business concepts and the ability to manage a program to achieve the highest possible ROI is preferred
