Account Manager for a Battery Manufacturing Company! $20-24/hr!

Now seeking an Account Manager for a Wire Harnesses, Battery Packs, and Electronic Enclosures company!

Location: Golden, CO
Pay: $20-24/hr. (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temp- to- Hire

Account Managers are responsible for fostering and maintaining good working relationships with customers and ordering inventory components.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, servicing, and ensuring thorough communication with existing customers.
• Communication with the customer regarding pricing and delivery inquiries, orders and contracts, order amendments (ECO’s) and shipment issues.
• Initiating and follow-up on work orders
• Gathering customer requirements
• Purchasing components to complete customer orders
• Notifies Test & Quality Control Manager of disposition of bad/rejected components
• Quoting potential new business
• Work with inventory control personnel to update and maintain a shortage list
• Sending Customer Satisfaction Survey

Required Skills:

• Customer service experience
• Computer skills (e.g., basic word, excel, outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP systems a definite plus.
• Prefer a working knowledge of a sales life cycle, from inquiry thru shipment (customer inquiry/request for quote, quote, purchase order, sales order, work order, etc.,)
• Must pass a drug and background check.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
