Job Description

ER Tech, a Nexus HR Company


Your objection is to reach, convince, and provide new partnerships with clients needing remote and on-site IT services including; desktop support, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and same-day on-site support. You will be given a target list to perform phone calls, video consultations, luncheons, and walk new clients as well as existing clients through our ER-Tech journey.


  • Pass sales and product knowledge testing.
  • Perform 50 plus outbound phone calls to prospective clients.
  • Follow-up with potential leads via email and social media.
  • Hit initial appointment setting goals prior to being promoted to sales closer.
  • Hit monthly sales goals for new clients and up-sells.
  • Demonstrate product and client knowledge that yields above mentioned goals.
  • Perform timely follow-up on “hot leads” to secure appointments.
  • Document all activities in the company’s database.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in our Sacramento headquarters.
  • Other duties as required


  • 1-2 years of technology sales experience.
  • 1-2 years of phone sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills, influencing, and sales cycle.
  • Ability to travel for trade shows and on-site demos within 100 miles.
  • Manage Services Industry experience a major plus
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and exceptional follow up skills
  • Zoho / Salesforce or other enterprise CRM experience
