We are looking for an experienced channel partner and business leader with a proven track record of developing strategies for partner recruitment, activation and onboarding.  The individual will be responsible for developing the  channel partner recruitment strategy, services, activation, and  onboarding after which partners will transition to either national or regional partner managers to develop, grow and nurture partner success.  As a key leader of the Partner Sales organization, this role will lead a team of Partner Development Managers and be accountable for delivering specific partner recruitment targets and pipeline performance to support the Company's annual sales targets. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, onboard and activate new and existing partners
  • Develop and continually refine the partner onboarding experience from initial contact through activation in support of our global channel program, NextivaOne.
  • Drive net new logos and expansion in the partner space, leading the team that will drive partner recruitment and onboarding and training
  • Partner effectively with internal sales and marketing teams to engage partners in the Nextiva ecosystem to develop and drive strategy
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing partners and execute on strategies for improvement
  • Lead the operating model, program synergy, and practice development framework to build best in class Services Partners focused on Customer success and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and executives for greater impact and scale

Qualifications

  • An extensive track record in software and cloud channel sales, systems integration delivery / business development, channel management
  • Proven experience of working with various partners types, driving new partner logos
  • A track record of recruiting partners and generating new business revenues
  • Solution and vertical development experience in a software/services environment
  • The ability to demonstrate impact and influence across the senior leaders of our Partner Channel while maintaining what is the best for our customers are critical success factors for the role
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience recruiting, activating, enabling and scaling a variety of Partner types
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development and/or partner management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
