Class A CDL Driver

Nextday Cabinets of VA, LLC a leading distributor of all wood kitchen cabinets, vanities and closets is currently recruiting to hire an experienced Class A CDL driver to be part of our growing and hardworking warehouse team. The ideal candidate needs to have an excellent driving record and great customer service skills. In addition, this individual will help load and unload orders and support warehouse operations as needed.

As our company CDL driver, you will report to our Alexandria warehouse each morning, pick up the truck and trailer, drive to NJ, pick up the load and return to the Alexandria warehouse. On days that we do not have a NJ pickup, you may assist our delivery driver with local delivers or work in the warehouse assisting with general warehouse duties and responsibilities.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

· Safely operate company vehicle out of state

· Safely operate company vehicles to and from customer locations

· Interact with customers in a professional manner

· Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the commercial vehicles

· Load and unload trucks before and after completion of a given project. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. +

· Assists the activities of the warehouse staff to ensure a positive and efficient work experience

· Attend and participate in warehouse operations meetings

· Other duties may be assigned as needed

Equipment

· Forklift

· Pallet Jack

Experience:

· Must have CDL-A

· Must have a minimum of 3 years CDL driving experience

· Must have safe driving record
