Next Level Staffing is currently hiring for a part-time, temporary office assistant for a client located in the Pewaukee area. The right candidate will have the experience and ability to complete the tasks below. Purchasing and estimating experience is a plus!
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week to start with a potential of up to 30 hours, able to flexible with start and end times
- Scanning, copying, e-filing for our purchasing and estimating department
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. This position will have to drop off and pick up permits where we build homes (Port Washington, Hartford, Summit, Oak Creek, Germantown, Hartland)
- Answer telephones
- Schedule appointments
- Other office duties as assigned
