Pay-Per-Click Account Manager

  • We are currently looking for a Pay-Per-Click Specialist to help our clients dominate in the paid placement arena.
  • If you are highly proficient in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics, we would be very interested in getting to know you, see your past work, and hopefully, bring you aboard our quickly growing company.
  • The PPC Specialist is responsible for maintaining and implementing pay-per-click campaigns.
  • This role measures the effectiveness and profitability of each paid lead source (starting with ad ROI) and makes strategic recommendations to improve and scale the performance of each campaign.
  • The ideal candidate must have a passion for results-driven data, strong organizational skills, and a track record of being able to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

‪‪ Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with strategic development for Pay-Per-Click campaigns, starting from kick-off and extending thru post-launch and analysis stages.
  • Defining and building keyword lists based on clients’ objectives and market opportunity, using a mix of proprietary tools, analytics data, and PPC data.
  • Performing website campaign audits to identify areas of concern from a PPC perspective.
  • Reviewing web analytics data to provide feedback to our internal team on performance, and to analyze visitor behavior and trends to come up with next steps.
  • Working with our internal resources to prepare, plan, and execute link building and content marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating regularly with our website development, SEM, design, and business development teams, as well as with senior management, to ensure that clients are getting positive results.
  • Being able to copywrite & create, edit, and review both new and existing website content.
  • Reviewing web analytics data to provide feedback to our internal team on performance, and to analyze visitor behavior and trends to come up with next steps.
  • Working with our internal resources to prepare, plan, and execute link building and content marketing strategies.
  • Maintaining and optimizing campaigns across a variety of pay-per-click ad channels for lead generation (bid management, keyword research, landing page adjustments, etc.). Developing and A/B testing compelling ad copy for new and existing campaigns.
  • Analyzing campaign data, providing regular and ad-hoc reporting, and recommending optimizations when appropriate.
  • Proactively staying abreast of new media trends to identify and present opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products, and services to online campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields.
  • Google Ads Certification (or similar certification) required.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with pay-per-click ad campaigns.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Ads, etc.) and convey these results in a clear, consumable way.
  • Energetic, self-starter, and resourceful problem solver – gets things moving and keeps them on track.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: can work efficiently on a team and maintain composure and quality work while under deadline in a fast-paced environment.
