Job Description

We are hiring candidates with customer service experience who encompass an outgoing and positive attitude! We believe in training from the ground level up and giving people the opportunity they deserve based on their work ethic, rather than their experience.

Our company is growing and currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will be trained to interact with customers, answer questions and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image in both our office and in our client's atmospheres.

Duties:

  • Interact with the public
  • Provide our clients with feedback
  • Problem solving customer issues
  • Represent our clients in a friendly and honest manner at all times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication
  • Ability to collaborate within a team
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required!
