Nexeo has teamed up with a great company in the Salt Lake area. This company is a large and local leader in the financial and banking industry. They are seeking a part time office assistant to help with various projects and tasks around the offices. If this is you, please see below!

Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Handle company documents daily

- Place important documents into envelopes preparatory for shipping

- Utilize company computers and software to input crucial data

- Perform work unsupervised to accomplish daily tasks

- Other duties will be assigned on an as needed basis

Essential Job Qualifications:

- Able and willing to accept part time work

- Some previous office or clerical experience is preferred

- Comfortable in professional office setting

- Ability to work unsupervised and independently

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday

- 8am - 1230pm

*Hours are subject to change due to part time flexibility*

Pay:

- $12 per hour
