Nexeo HR is currently hiring a Sales & Customer Experience Representative who will interact directly with our customers and potential customers in a sales/service role. This position will report to the director of sales and service and will interact with customers primarily over the phone, including both inbound and outbound calls, but also via email and online chat. The ideal candidate will have prior verifiable experience in sales with a desire to expand his or her customer service skills.

- Exceed sales and customer service goals
- Meet key performance metrics of customer interaction, issue resolutions and other responsibilities as needed.
40 Hours per week working Monday through Saturday (with a weekday off), working a schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with an hour lunch on weekdays and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturday.
Base pay ranges from $16-$18/hour (based on experience and ability) PLUS commission.
