Job Description

We’re looking for an outgoing professional who has at least 5 years of Quickbooks experience and can assist with bookkeeping and construction administration duties and serve as a customer service associate.  In this role, you will help with the following:

  • Full charge bookkeeping consisting of invoice coding, data entry, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Account reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Financial statement preparation if applicable
  • Filing, scanning documents and record management
  • Construction Administration: subcontracts, AIA pay applications, and insurance documentation
  • Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer support by identifying the storage needs and providing them with solutions
  • Guide customers through rental processes and agreements
  • Keep your facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards
  • Perform independently on a day to day basis with a focus on teamwork and partnerships with other employees and vendors
  • Assistance with other functions may be needed


Job Skills:

  • Outstanding communication skills and Client Service Relations
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Quickbooks (Test will be given to determine proficiency)
  • Excellent customer service skills


  • Maintain a specified book of client business for the tasks for which they are engaged with
  • Must be comfortable in handling the relationship with the client independently
  • Willing attitude of support with clients as well as for the Firm
  • Maintain thorough communication with clients and with team leaders
  • Be able to be self accountable to obtain data from clients and fulfill deadlines timely
  • Must be able to work with the CPA on the accounts
