Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of General Manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment—we are looking for entrepreneurial concept experience, someone who can think independently and on their feet
• Volume experience of at least 3M or higher
• Bar management experience
• Catering experience—delivery and events rather than full service
• Good tenure at prior jobs and consistent career progression
• Passionate about your people, your restaurant, and your industry
• Detailed orientated and driven to succeed with an ownership mentality

Restaurant General Manager Compensation: 

• Competitive compensation in the $85,000 to $90,000 range, paid hourly including overtime
