NewAge of American Fork, UT (Morinda) is looking for a full-time Customer Service (call center) Representative that is friendly, team-oriented, and fluent in both German and English. Customer Service (call center) Representatives assist NewAge's Independent Product Consultants (IPCs) and customers by answering questions about products, taking orders, up-selling, and any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Customer Service (call center) Representative GERMAN SPEAKING

 As a Customer Service (call center) Representative, you start each day determined to use your top-notch customer service skills to give our clients the best possible customer service experience in every interaction. It's a good thing that you enjoy chatting on the phone, as you spend a large part of your day on the phone with customers and distributors. You process orders, set up new accounts, answer questions, and resolve issues. Using your sales savvy, you promote products and ongoing promotions during phone calls to achieve individual and team upsell goals. To complete sales, you place orders for products sending the necessary information to our distributors. You enjoy utilizing your ability to speak German as you interact with clients and feel good about the important part you play in our success as a company!



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to speak BOTH German and English fluently
  • Ability to work from 4 am to 12 pm
  • Basic computer skills  


As a Customer Service (call center) Representative previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Are you punctual and consistent? Do you have excellent phone skills? Are you willing to learn and adapt to changes? Are you self-directed, self-motivated, and focused on achieving winning results? If so, we want to meet you!



 The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 4 am to 12 pm.
