We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agent that wants to grow their practice with unlimited opportunities. This agent must have amazing customer service skills and a drive to succeed to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate to achieve and protect their goals! Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Disability Insurance, Retirement Solutions, and more. You are advancing your practice for yourself but now alone! The fundamental foundation of a New York Life Insurance Agent’s role is built client by client. The Agent is uniquely qualified with answers to help their clients achieve their financial goals and plan for the unexpected. Compensation:$100,000+ commission at plan
Responsibilities:- Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
- Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies

- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients
- Grow your practice for yourself Not by yourself
- Add solutions to address the client's needs, long-term care, disability, and income solutions
- Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
- Educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter
- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
- Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
- Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise
- Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time
- Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
- Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
- Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.”
