Compensation:

$60,000 - $110,000 at Plan commission

Responsibilities:

  • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more
  • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner
  • Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
  • Develop individuals and teams that will make up the next generation of New York Life
  • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position
  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals

Qualifications:

Eligibility requirements:

  • MBA completion within the previous 24 months -or- Prior management experience
  • Must possess uncompromising integrity

Preferred but not required to apply:

  • Life and Health License
  • FINRA registrations; SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63, preferred not required if willing to obtain
  • Sales experience or customer service experience, a plus
  • Management experience
