As an RBT, you will work with young children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum to help them achieve their language and social goals using the proven methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
(MEDICAID number not required) (RBT training and certification is provided)
Work up to 40 hours a week
Implement autism language, learning, and social skill programs.
Collect each child/client’s progress and data.
Assist in the development course of treatment within agency guidelines.
Assist in material creation and program development.
High School Diploma or GED required. Some College preferred.
Fluency in English required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Physically able to complete behavioral intervention and block maladaptive behavior as needed.
Previously certified RBTs are strongly preferred and encouraged to apply.
RBT training and certification is provided
