Accounting Entrepreneur Opportunity

We need a partner: a CPA with real-world experience who is eager to work with local families, executives, entrepreneurs, and high‑net‑worth individuals alongside an expanding local investment firm. This position is one filled by someone who thinks like a business owner because they are one! You will be provided with client referrals and introductions, but you will share ownership of your own book and practice. You will be supported and encouraged to advise and service existing clients, expand your own book, and develop and implement a profitable business plan to support firm needs and client goals. You should be entrepreneurial-minded and want to build a lifelong career through solid partnerships and relationships. You will be provided with office space and other financial/operational support and benefits without having to take the full risk and capital outlay required to start a business from the ground up on your own. You should have solid and proven experience in individual/corporate tax returns and the ability to proactively strategize/troubleshoot for complex clients. You should be responsive, detail‑oriented, and organized with the intent to go above and beyond for your clients from a holistic, relationship‑driven standpoint.
