SUMMARY: Responsible for developing business, converting leads to clients, retains and services clients in the specified geographic region, managing equipment, and crew.
This is a part time position with lots of room for growth for the right candidate, some remote work possible and lite travel. The ideal candidate will have confidence talking to people on the phone, sales experience, confidence with various app usage and texting abilities, can work independently with little or no supervision once they have been trained, and has leadership abilities.
Education reimbursement for the hired candidate.
Must have valid CA drivers license, authorization to work in the US, and pass background and drug testing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calling leads and customers consistently on the phone.
reaching out to leads, customers, and coworkers via phone, texting, and apps.
Develops relationships with current customers and potential customers within specific territory.
Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication with management
Assist customers by providing knowledge and training of company products to customers, and negotiate well with consumers.
Understands our products, our market competition and how to position products or our company to overcome these factors.
Quotes prices, discusses sales quotes to accommodate customers needs, prepares sales contracts for customer orders.
Schedule new customer work, based on knowledge of the company's crew schedules.
Reviews and analyzes various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers.
Utilizes and creates any and all marketing tools such as email, catalogs, brochures and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company products.
Researches and analyzes customer needs and demands based on market information.
Communication assistance with customer claims/problems with service.
Operational and logistical duties such as catalogues, assigns, and sends equipment for repairs or replacement.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Facilitates relationship with Customer and Crew as needed
Sales and leadership experience (“10x mentality”/”Extreme Ownership”)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Valid CA drivers license
Computer skills required: Word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation software (google suite is ideal: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Hangouts, Drive) experience, Inventory software, CRM software (Salesforce, Quick books, Zoho), Various app usage.
