JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am looking for someone to manage and prioritize my time as well as taking care of simple communications, tasks, organizations as well as travel with me when need be. Someone to be my right-hand person and grow with me in the company, enabling my time to be spent on high-level planning and executing to grow and expand the company.

 

In this role you will have direct communication with internal staff as well as brand faces and other influential individuals, so a high level of social awareness and professionalism is crucial.

 

LOOKING FOR:

  • Work as my point of contact among executives, other employees, clients, students and other external partners.

  • Oversee the scheduling and managing of my calendar (people that need to book with me, people that I need to book time with...etc.).

  • Help manage communications over email and all Slack channels - ensuring I see the ones that need my attention and respond accordingly.

  • Keep track of and organize various monthly data and financial reports.

  • Perform various research projects and present necessary information in an organized manner.

  • Create various Google presentations for internal and external communication

  • Help with other daily tasks such as running errands, scheduling personal appointments, ordering things for me, organizing travel details and accommodations, as well as travel with me from time to time if need be, among other random tasks.​

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knows how to prioritize over multiple timelines

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to balance multiple different types of tasks at once

  • Ability to work well with multiple types of people

  • Adaptable and open to taking on new challenges

  • Flexible, ability to pivot and adjust on a moments notice

  • High initiative taker

  • Preferred (but not required) experience with iMovie, Camtasia, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Trello, Slack

  • Someone to grow with me in the company as a high-level support and manager of my time

  • High discretion and confidentiality
     
  • ​Be open to traveling with me when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years experience in an assistant role

  • Skilled in technology

  • Creative problem solving skills

  • High-level communicator

  • Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

  • Work full-time in our Tempe, Arizona office

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

We have the opportunity to be on the opposite side of the spectrum. We are optimized for student profit. We know the students made an investment and we keep track of their success. Our goal is to get people who want to come into our program and help grow so that when someone makes the choice to learn, to become more financially literate, to make more money for their family they are able to do so. We want people to take a chance to be rewarded for investing their money into financial education.
