New Omni Bank, N.A. has an exciting opportunity for a Network Systems Administrator at our Alhambra or Arcadia, CA Office. This position will be responsible for administration of servers, workstations, network equipment and applications within the Bank network. The objective of this position is to maintain the highest level of performance tuning for the Bank’s technology infrastructure.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 a year. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills, knowledge, and education.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Essential job functions and responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:

• Working with our third-party service providers to maintain hosted network, telephone, and computer systems.
• Reviewing and interpreting routine network security and performance reports
• Planning and implementation of upgrades and improvements to on-premise network systems
• Setup, update, and remove user access for multiple systems
• Maintain user access records and perform regular user access reviews
• Supports IT-related audits, examinations, and risk assessments
• Work with Information Security Officer (ISO) to support GLBA policy/annual report and information security policy/program
• Provide other employees with technical support and training as needed
• Play a significant role in maintaining IT compliance with banking regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Required and Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Education

• Experience and knowledge in operating systems, current equipment and technologies in use, network administration, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance monitoring tools, effective project management techniques, and technical writing skills.
• Must be able to administer support by analyzing and correcting system malfunctions to provide a satisfactory level of service to all users.
• Experience working within a financial institution preferred, experience working within a regulated industry is acceptable
• Experience working with Office 365 and FIS Horizon is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of network and system administration
