This is a 100% remote/work from home opportunity.
We are a recruiting company that has paid subscriptions to ZipR, Indeed and LinkedIn, but haven't really seen a need to invest in Monster or CB. However, we have a couple projects where Monster/CB's candidate pool may provide some value. Instead of investing in a yearly subscription to either; we'd like to partner with a recruiter and leverage your subscription.
If you have access to both those job boards from the RECRUITING/hiring company side, we'd like to speak with you.
If this is a fit we have two options for comp:
1. If you just place the ad and source the resumes (we're looking for telesales, exec assistant and an operations manager) and send us resumes, I'll pay $10 per resume that passes the "eyeball" test. As in: if it appears that the candidate meets the criteria of what/who we are looking for, then I'll pay you for sending them to us. No need for you to contact the candidate or for the candidate to be hired. Basically, an hour of sourcing could make you a couple hundred dollars per job order.
2. I will pay you $150-250 per candidate (depends on the job order) that you qualify against our screen that ends up getting an interview with the end client. The candidate does not need to be hired for you to earn the commission. They just need to "show up" to their phone interview.
