This is a 100% commission, remote/work from home, 1099 opportunity.
We are a recruiting company that has a client that's looking for a NoVA based Account Executive with experience selling Cyber Security and Network Infrastructure solutions to the US Navy.
Since this is a relatively new practice area for us, we don't have enough skilled recruiters who know how to navigate this sector.
If you have placed and sourced technology sales executives from/to the following companies: Juniper, Cisco, Citrix, RedSeal, Gigamon, NetApp, Fortinet, Riverbed, FireEye, Aruba, F5, VMWare, Veeam, Commvault, Forcepoint or one of their major competitors then you may have a $20K fee sitting in your backpocket.
If you've placed and sourced tech execs from those companies, you also know that it's not an easy search. These AE's need to:
- not be job jumpers
- have a min secret clearance
- have W2 $300K+ many years in a row
- be extremely well connected within the Navy
- have a track record of recent success selling into the Navy
Expected salary for the AE's is $100-200K and their OTE will be in the $500K+ range.
If you make the placement, you will receive 12% of their base salary. 50% paid net 30 of getting hired. 50% paid when they hit 90 days.
Long term outlook: This client will also need a DISA and an Army rep in the near future, as well as various tech resources to support the Navy territory. We also have a number of other active clients with recruiting needs. We'll keep you busy, or you can just focus on the Navy AE as your "side hustle".
