Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager (Call Center) to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a 20-40 person inside sales team, helping customers and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing operating procedures
  • Managing and coaching the inside sales team
  • Identifying and promoting team leads
  • Problem solving
  • Scheduling
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Sales and Operations Management
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
