Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to run our Law Office Call Center in beautiful Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a 20-40 person inside sales team, helping customers and resolving technical issues. We are looking for assistant with inside sales management, NOT RETAIL MANAGERS!

Responsibilities:

  • Developing operating procedures
  • Managing and coaching the inside sales team
  • Identifying and promoting team leads
  • Problem solving
  • Scheduling
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Sales and Operations Management (At least 2 years)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3 Years experience working for the same company
