Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer

- Provide administrative support to the President & CEO (and other executive managers, as required.)
Support business units as directed.
Coordinate executive activities such as meetings, travel, engagements, etc.
Prioritize calls and correspondence for the President & CEO.
Prioritize and coordinate the President & CEO's schedule and travel.
Review support documentation for check requests, invoices, and wire transfers to ensure accuracy.
Prepare invoices and payment requests and obtain appropriate approvals and signatures.
Schedule and coordinate board meetings.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to executive level staff.
Associate degree, Bachelor degree preferred.
Effective in both oral and written communication.
Discrete in handling highly confidential information.
Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledgeable of computer applications used by the organization.
Commitment to teamwork and ability to work collaboratively.
Travel may be required.
Reporting to the office the whole week is required.
