JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staff the model home and provide exceptional customer service and information to any visitors.
- Drive traffic through marketing initiatives
- Generate adequate sales and closing volumes
- Create grassroot marketing efforts in order to create brand awareness with the local realtor community as well as potential homeowners.
- Responsible for creating monthly presentations to present to local real estate brokerages.
- Collaborate on an ongoing basis with the local sales team in order to meet given sales goals.
- Assist in hosting events to create brand awareness with the local realtor community and potential homeowners.
- Participate in recurring team sales training and meetings.
- Current real estate license is preferred in the state of operation
- Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales or other Professional role.
- Extreme attention to detail and time management skills are a necessity.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects will be needed in order to be successful in this role.
- Experience with MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
