Customer Service Representative
Location: Thomasville, GeorgiaPay Rate: $13.00 – 15.00 HourlySchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
A local insurance company is looking for a
customer service representative to help with ensuring positive customer relations. This company is well established in the insurance industry and is nationwide. You will be expected to take ownership of your position, completing tasks in a timely manner and treating each customer interaction with care.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
Greet guests
Order office supplies
Schedule the use of a company vehicle and meeting rooms
Receive incoming packages and mail
Process and distribute mail internally
Monitor incoming and outgoing personnel and deliveries
Update phone extensions and email lists
Additional duties as requested by the supervisor
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
(Preferred) Switchboard experience
(Preferred) Receptionist experience
Requirements:
Perform job in accordance with AD, FMLA, and other standards
A clean drug screen
Communicate effectively
Work well in teams and individually
A clean background check
Positive and helpful attitude
Dress business casual
Pay attention to details
