Job DescriptionCUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVEWe are hiring a Customer Care Representative to manage customer queries, process orders and modifications. The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.Job Duties: Providing first level support to customers that are eligible for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. Submitting all documents to USAC for reimbursement for internet services provided.
Answering phone calls for Thomasville, Cairo, Moultrie, and Camilla to register customers for the EBBP discount. Setting up the discount on customer's accounts in the billing systems. Weekly and monthly reporting for the program.Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.
