REPORTS TO: Branch Manager or Manager/Regional Operations Director

JOB SUMMARY: The Account Executive is responsible for generating, progressing and closing new business opportunities, along with marketing the firm in the local and regional markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative, Operational, Sales, Financial and Training

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with clients, applicants and staff
  • Generate warm leads through research, networking, social media and referrals
  • Work closely with team members to identify new opportunities that meet company's target criteria (includes existing clients and prospects)
  • Follow the Performance Staffing Account Development Process to track, manage and progress opportunities
  • Maintain Prospect Report with current stage, opportunity description, person responsible and activity
  • Update CRM with prospect data and activity daily
  • Create Proposal and Contracts with management guidance. Ensure timely and proper execution according to the Account Development Process
  • Establish and expand relationships with clients. Participate in account service reviews to ensure expectations are met and to identify upselling opportunities
  • Establish and manage existing and new referral partner relationships
  • Support marketing strategy, campaigns and events to present company’s value proposition and services
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly prospect meetings with management
  • Participate in networking and community events to establish prospect opportunities and grow professionally
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly activity, revenue and gross profit objectives
  • Be knowledgeable about company service offerings
  • Monitor weekly activity and generate reports for Branch Manager and/or operations
  • Work closely with recruiting in retention projects and forecasted needs and requirements
  • Obtain all client information to complete a job order, including complete job descriptions, and enter into system
  • Determine priority response time with client and respond to client accordingly
  • Initiate appropriate follow-up plan
  • Provide excellent customer service techniques, including proper phone mannerisms, to ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Develop working rapport with clients and prospects
  • Penetrate existing accounts and increase business within the departments
  • Participate in account strategy, recruitment, and branch meetings
  • Problem solve client challenges
  • Learn automated system, including applicant entry, client entry, job order entry, and job search
  • Learn and adhere to all ADA, EEO, and other applicable government rules and regulations as it applies to the performance of the Staffing Manager
  • Market and internally sell our products and services to potential or existing clients and temporary associates
  • Responsible for scheduled days to open and close office

  • Able to establish and expand relationships at a CEO or executive level and below
