Job DescriptionDirector of Medical Staff ServicesPosition Duties and Responsibilities:The Director of Medical Staff Services is an administrative professional who directs, coordinates and administers the operations and activities of the department in order to achieve the organization's established goals. Provides organized departmental operations and supervision of personnel in the Medical Staff Office (and library). Provides liaison between Medical Staff Services, Administration and other departments in the hospital.
Maintains compliance with accreditation and licensure requirements. Certification NAMSS - National Association of Medical Staff Services - STRONGLY PREFERREDMinimum Work Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical staff management and progressively responsible administrative work.
