Job Description
Growing firm! Currently looking to add two experienced Administrative Assistants with a high level of customer service to support our outside sales executives. Interested candidates must have excellent work stability and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.

Highlights:
  • Established firm with excellent reputation
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm - No weekends
 
Responsibilities and requirements:
  • Administrative projects and tasks
  • Interact with customers primarily via phone and email 
  • Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of admin experience
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills 
 
Compensation:
  • Strong salary range - mid $40Ks
