Growing firm! Currently looking to add two experienced Administrative Assistants with a high level of customer service to support our outside sales executives. Interested candidates must have excellent work stability and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.
Established firm with excellent reputation
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm - No weekends
Responsibilities and requirements:
Administrative projects and tasks
Interact with customers primarily via phone and email
3+ years of admin experience
Ability to effectively multi-task
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Strong salary range - mid $40Ks
