Production Technician

A leading manufacturer of fiberglass reinforced parts, New Boston RTM is a well-established, family owned company with a track record of success since 1965. We are currently looking for a Production Technician to join our team, conveniently located in New Boston, MI in suburban Detroit.

Responsibilities:

• Load molds, inject resin, demold and prep to mold again
• Inspect all parts for quality assurance
• Spray color on molds per customer’s specifications
• Deliver molds to the finishing department

Qualifications:

• Good attention to details
• Enjoy creating something with your hands
• Take pride in doing great work
• Strong attendance record
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
