Front Desk Chiropractic Office

New Beginnings Family Chiropractic (www.myNBFC.com) located above the historic FarmLand building in downtown Wakefield is currently looking for a Front Desk to join this longstanding practice focusing on serving the Chiropractic needs of families within the local communities.

Work Hours:

Monday:-Thursday 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM & 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Practice Hours:

Monday:-Thursday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM & 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Job Duties Include:

· Greeting Patients

· Data Entry

· Scheduling/Rescheduling treatments

· Recall of missed appointments

· Posting patient payments and co-payments

· Answering the multi-line phone system

· Placing patients on non-attended therapies

· Verification of health benefits

· Referral coordination for patients (if needed)

· Daily office cleaning/vacuuming

· Filing

· Daily closing and balancing

· Ordering supplies

Skills Required:

· Excellent customer services skills

· Detail oriented

· Multi-tasking

· Trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities

· Generally pleasant disposition

· Coachable and trainable
