New Beginnings ABA is actively seeking a Board Certified / Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts to join our TEAM. Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to using the principles of applied behavior analysis to help children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder to discover the world around them, learn daily living skills, and be more active participants in their communities.
At New Beginnings ABA you can focus on your clients because of the support we give to our clinical team and our administrative team will take care of most of the insurance related paperwork.
Our focus at NB ABA are the clients and their families which allows us to have smaller cases per BCBA’s
Providing ABA services to a caseload of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Ages range from earliest diagnosis to early adulthood.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and complete progress in a timely fashion.
Determine plans for teaching skills and reducing and replacing problem behavior and with heavy emphasis on caregiver training goals.
Supervise the implementation of behavior change programs mediated by a direct staff in the home, at a contrived setting or out in the community.
Deliver continuous on the job training to direct staff under your charge and supervise direct staff using principles of applied behavior analysis.
Provide strong and comprehensive caregiver training and consultation tailored to their needs.
Facilitate supervised field work in accordance with the standards of supervision as written by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) for qualified students of applied behavior analysis.
Take on a crucial role in the development of a small, locally driven behavior analytic services provider which fits both the needs of an emergent practice and your interest(s).
Participate in or lead in research of your own interest(s).
Organize and maintain coherently all client data and HIPAA sensitive documentation.
Practice applied behavior analysis within a team of professionals interested in working together.
Maintain continuing education units (CEUs).
Report directly to New Beginnings’ clinical director.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
MA Licensure in Applied Behavior Analysis
Master’s degree from a BACB-approved program or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Your own reliable transportation
With training, performs appropriate physical management as needed to ensure client safety
Works independently as well as in a team environment with colleagues and supervisors
Communicates well in both verbal and written forms
Helps resolve conflicts when they arise and conducts oneself in a professional manner
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
