What are we looking for?
As a growing company, we are looking to add a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! This person will ensure that each job is produced efficiently and to the customer’s specifications.
‘Day in the life’:
· Monitor interactions between sales reps, customers, and customer service reps.
· Make sure all inbound customer calls are held to company standards.
· Make sure all processed customer orders are handled in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
· Make sure all invoice are correct once job is complete.
· Help handle customer complaints.
· Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Is this you?
· Ability to facilitate communication between customers, Sales Reps and production personnel while work is in process.
· Can juggle many tasks and modify plans as requirements change.
· Initiates and maintains good organization of records and information.
What do we require?
College, vocational / technical degree and / or equivalent experience in industry with a strong emphasis on communication skills, sales and service.
