Job Description Clear Recovery Center’s dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate team has worked to ensure our patients receive the highest quality, most comprehensive substance abuse and mental health care possible. As a premier provider of both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment and outpatient mental health treatment, Clear Recovery Center continues to expand year after year. Clear Recovery Center’s Currently Seeking: Clear Recovery Center is recruiting a full-time National Business Development Specialist to join its team to lead development efforts for the Pacific Northwest, specifically focused on growing our substance abuse, inpatient detox/residential program.
Demonstrated experience cultivating and soliciting partnerships is essential, and marketing and/or outreach experience in the treatment field is highly desirable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Build a network of referral relationships with key influencers working in the addiction field: therapists, psychiatrists, physicians, practitioners, social services, hospitals, professional organizations, mental health centers, unions, EAPs, attorneys, advocacy groups, etc. through a variety community outreach engagement (phone calls, meetings, conferences, letters) Prospects and generates new referring accounts through screening and research while maintaining productivity with existing client base.
Meets or exceeds activity levels for the following: weekly prospect and account meetings, facility tours, referrals, and admissions. Attends and promotes events that increase awareness of Clear Recovery Center, and systematically follows up and maximizes opportunity stemming from event participation. Schedules and attends weekly meetings with prospective lead accounts and current accounts.
Develops, plans, organizes and implements special events in support of the territory strategies and tactics specific to residential, outpatient, and market segment components. Coordinates with facility leadership, marketing and business development leadership to create and implement a business development plan specific to driving the relationship strategy for each facility in assigned territory. Logs all sales activities daily in CRM software.
Required experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Minimum two years of professional experience in outreach and/or marketing functions Excellent communication skills, including public speaking; Ability to build bridges and strong collaborative relationships across a complex organization with astuteness and agility; Experience with Pacific Northwest mental health or substance abuse recovery communities a plus; Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively about engaging stakeholders as well as developing plans of action and follow through; Willingness to travel, with weekend and evening work expected.
