Due to growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, creative and strategic Order Coordinator to join our team. Netwrix is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Specialist with experience in sales process management and sales performance analysis. You will be the operations support interface between the sales team and the operations team. You will improve and implement sales process activities to better enable the sales team to perform effectively and exceed revenue goals for the company. You will be responsible for the daily Salesforce support for the global sales team for all sales and account-related data and information in Salesforce. Strong teamwork and cooperation with the sales team is a critical aspects of this position.

  • 3+ years of expertise in supporting a global sales team

  • Strong proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Suite of applications: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, teams, etc
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to drive tasks to completion

What You Will Do:

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for driving/coordinating the execution of sales support and administrative activities supporting Netwrix Go To Market
In this role, you will support the sales team by helping them navigate seamlessly and efficiently through the processes and requirements of quote-to-cash activities
You will serve as a liaison for them with cross-functional departments including the Sales Operations team, Product & Pricing teams, order management, and finance

Improve efficiency in the sales team by:
Assisting with field sales support requests including quoting and approval processes
Generating and/or management of key sales reports
Completing new customer setup documents
Escalation management
Developing enablement material for sales processes and training team members
Identify and support driving improvements and change in operational efficiencies
Liaison between Sales and functional business partners such as Finance, Customer Support, and Product Teams

Build and maintain positive relationships with our sales and marketing organization
Help drive adoption of key sales tools; SalesForce, Outreach, and other productivity tools
Become an expert on all sales-related processes

Follow up with customers and business partners to ensure timeliness of required actions
Assist with prioritization, follow up on open tasks

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • BS/BA (or equivalent experience is required)
  • Experience in sales, finance, or sales/business operations; SaaS experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A knack for being meticulous / detail-oriented, driven and are self-motivated
  • Experience in and CPQ
