Experienced B2B Sales Rep. for Managed IT Services

Network Management Solutions is a leading provider of IT support services and technology solutions in the Bay Area, with headquarters in Santa Cruz, California. We specialize in providing outsourced IT Services: On-premises and remote, 24/7 remote helpdesk, IT consulting, Cloud hosting, and cloud services. We become the client’s IT Department. Our primary focus is on monthly recurring service agreements that provide all-inclusive IT service.
We are looking for a seasoned B2B Sales Person who loves technology and has proven success in the art of " Closing the Deal". As the sole B2B Sales Producer, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition by selling IT Services to qualified business prospects. Do you enjoy building and nurturing a strong pipeline to maximize your salary potential? Can you pick up a phone and charm your way through the gatekeeper to get to the CEO or business owner? Are you the one who will knock on doors or call old clients just to see how much you can squeeze out of the end of the month or exceed your KPI's just for fun?
- Though the company will provide some inbound leads, it will be the responsibility of this position to generate a consistent and reliable stream of leads.
- Follow up on leads generated by our marketing department.
- Maintains records of all communications and contact information as required within our CRM.
- Manage, interpret prospect requirements by speaking with Decision-makers and prospective buyers to understand, anticipate their needs and solve their pain points with NMS’s solution.
- Ongoing nurturing of all opportunities to ensure continued engagement with the prospect
- Meet monthly targets in:
- Opportunities Created
- Monthly Recurring Revenue Growth
- Demonstrated capability of sales in this market or similar.
- Proven team player.
- 2-3 years of outside sales experience
- Technical background or experience in the IT industry a plus.
- Having demonstrated strong sales and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance.
