IT Sales Engineer

Netranom is a West Virginia based technology solutions provider seeking an IT Sales Engineer to join a team of technology professionals in its Hurricane, WV office. This position will serve as technical advisor and liaison, in conjunction with account management, for current clients.

Duties & Essential Job Functions

· Engineer solutions for computer, servers, network infrastructure, etc.

· Create and interpret reports from our CRM

· Meet with clients to present solutions and CRM reporting

· Create technology roadmaps for clients to build a budget for their IT

· Work in tandem with sales and service to provide an excellent client experience

Job Requirements:

· Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong customer relationship skills. Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.

· Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each interaction.

· Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail.

· Advanced knowledge in computers, servers, printers, routers, switches, and other networking devices.

· Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications.

· Ability to present and field questions about engineered solutions

· Problem-solving abilities

· Ability to meet reasonable deadlines.

· Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.

· Willingness to develop professionally.

· Ability to work with little supervision as part of a team.

· Relative certifications a plus.

· Candidate should have 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
