About the Position:
This role is a Project/Program Manager position for Merger and Acquisitions. It involves ERP implementations, systems integrations including financial management systems, working with senior executives and collaborating with technical teams to bring the project from design & planning to completion. It is an operations position and can be located anywhere in the US.
What you will do:
+ Project-manage approximately 3-7 simultaneous M&A implementations.
+ Own the program and project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs.
+ Manage project schedule, budget, and scope
+ Track & report progress and communicate to stakeholders
+ Lead integration of the companies we have acquired with the implementation of our standards system platforms, including Operational Support System (OSS), Finance and Accounting System, Business Intelligence System, Cloud-based Telephony system.
+ M&A post-deal system integration including typical MNA Phases such as Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control, Closure, Post-Implementation Optimization.
+ Work collaboratively with software solution providers and the company’s location and management resources to develop project plans, schedule resources, monitor and report progress, resolve issues, mitigate risk, and delivery organizational change grounded in people, process and technology.
+ Provide best Practice Project Management Monitor and Control techniques, processes and coaching to employees, vendors and third- party resources.
+ Provide Project Risk Analysis.
Requirements (must have):
+ 7+ years in Project/Program management in Merger and Acquisition integration.
+ PMP or other Project/ Program Management Certifications or equivalent experience.
+ Expertise in systems integration, consulting and software implementation, and geographically dispersed workforce.
+ Excel at Design, Development, and Implementation of software solutions and systems, and methodologies for all phases of the SDLC.
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and excellent communications skills verbal and written with diverse collaboration teams.
+ Creative in finding solutions with limited information and ever-moving environment
+ Attention to details is an absolute “must”
+ Time management and communications to stakeholders via dashboard and periodic check points
+ Proactive problem solver expected to present problems and recommendations simultaneously.
+ Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and work on a team or individually.
+ Ability to lead a group in finding resolution of abstract/complex business problems.
+ Demonstrates ownership for the end-to-end project plan through all phases of the M&A integration life cycle
Secondary Requirements: (Nive to have skills):
+ Experience with the service Titan and intact applications.
+ General understanding of payables, receivables, and general accounting transaction interfacing with business operations.
+ College diploma or university degree of equivalent in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, accounting, or information systems.
