Sales Associates day-to-day activities vary every day, some of these activities are:
+ Checking in with the office to discuss the new inventory available
+ Ongoing Training (first 5 weeks are on-on-one)
+ Selling property in our private inventory
+ Team Meetings
+ Meeting with Buyers (and property owners once you advance to Acquisitions Associate)
+ Analyzing property
+ Meeting with contractors
To be part of OUR TEAM you will need:
+ An active Real Estate License or the ability to get a license
+ The ability to obtain the NMLS (within 6 months, if state-required).
+ Hustle, let?s be honest, Real Estate is 100% commission if you don?t have hustle you won?t make money.
+ You need to be able to listen and follow the program that we know works, it?s that simple. We will show you what to do, how to do it, and help motivate you along the way. The rest is just the details
