Entry-Level Wholesale Investment Real Estate Agent - must have RE license

We are looking for licensed real estate agents that want a long-term career buying and selling Wholesale Investment Real Estate. We will teach you everything you need to be successful, starting with 5 weeks of one-on-one training with a dedicated mentor. This is a commission-only position where you will earn everything you put into it. We start everyone in an entry-level position, and everyone has the growth potential to be in management. High agent income of $793K, management making $2MM+. Your income will never be capped, and you can make as much as you put into it. No experience is necessary!

We sell our properties to investors, not homeowners. The transactions are more analytical and generally close in less than 30 days! Daily Activities:

• Continually develop a network of buyers through traditional and alternative methods
• Determine ARV and comparative market analysis
• Use NetWorth Realty's proprietary software to maintain the consistency and accuracy of the pipeline
• Facilitate the sale of properties with clients and title companies
• Attend local networking events
• Work company provided leads
• Sell properties in our private off-market inventory
• Identify off-market properties for purchase
• Determine property values and rehab identification and estimates
• Meet with potential buyers and sellers of single-family homes
• Develop relationships with attorneys, building & remodeling contractors, estate sales, other agents, etc,
• Advise/assist buyers with rehab
