We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who is seasoned in a product-driven environment (Health Foods and natural supplements a big plus). This is a very important position for NetNutri. Our Customer Service Representatives interact with different types of clients and potential customers. Flexibility is needed in order to learn how our customers are handled. We are looking for an individual that displays a pattern of going above and beyond the call of duty in order to deliver the level of WORLD CLASS Customer Service that the NetNutri brand stands for.
The Customer Service Representative handles inbound and outbound contacts from our clients efficiently and thoroughly via email, social media, live chat, and phones. They act as subject matter experts in all Policy and Procedures within Customer Service. They support the team and management by taking escalated client contacts and see the matter through to resolution.
What you’ll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Handle 30-60 emails per day
Handle 80-100 phone calls per day
Communicate with customers directly via phone/email/WebChat to assist with:
Assistance with Website and or checkout
General or Specific Merchandise Information
Enter Customer order data and then review to ensure:
Proper documentation is provided by Customer
Customer is being billed accurately according to current price and specials
The correct amount is applied for shipping
The correct account is being used for the customer
Meet and surpass sales goals for the company including Upselling orders
Monitor the “Tickets” then respond to those tickets accordingly and forward any Tickets submitted by vendors/3rd parties to the appropriate department.
Replying to customer inquiries on Social media and review platforms
Responds to customers in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner over the phone, email, social media, or live chat.
Address any recurring complaints
Enter data into Magento, Zendesk, and other software
Coordinate any missing components for orders with purchasing (some products may not be in stock and may have to be placed on backorder)
Suggest new Items and supplies in order to meet customer needs.
Handle requests (when necessary) from Third-parties (i.e. FedEx, UPS)
Provide additional required documentation(customs)
Displays a positive attitude and uphold department/company policies and procedures.
Executes projects assigned by department Managers/Directors as needed.
Display a willingness and disposition to learn and be trained
Strong relentless follow up skills
MUST BE a self-starter diligent and proactive
Aptitude with both Customer Support and Sales Support with regards to ( physical product/accessories)
Must have thick skin, this is a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
Able to work alone or as a part of a team
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
You are highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
Individual who is creative and offers new ideas
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Prior experience with Magento 2, Bepoz and, or Zendesk systems a plus
Associates degree in Business Administration or similar field
2 to 4 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Sales role
Bilingual in English and Spanish
