We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard-working individuals. Our recruiter will ultimately find and attract qualified applicants for open positions!

As a Recruiter, what would I be responsible for?

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using various platforms such as LinkedIn and Handshake
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Onboard new employees
• Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the hiring process
• Lead campus recruiting efforts and attend career fairs, some travel is required

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, or similar field
• Previous experience in a client-oriented, or service adjacent environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask, time manage and prioritize work independently
• Basic understanding of macOS
• Must be located in Arizona or willing to relocate as this is an in-person opportunity
• 1-5 year of recruiting experience preferred
