Retail Manager

If you have worked in retail, especially clothing or 'sporting goods' type of experience, we want to meet you. You'll help customers get the right uniforms, you'll ensure our retail displays look great, you'll bring inventory into the store, and you'll build relationships with some of the best people in the community. To succeed here, you just need to work with us everyday with a great attitude; and roll up your sleeves to get the jobs done.

Responsibilities:

• Build retail relationships
• Master the process for replenishing the store
• Create effective merchadising displays
• Work efficiently independently and as part of a team. We are like family here!
• Completely understand the requirements for each customer's uniforms
• Inspect uniforms for completeness and accuracy before you hand it to our customer. It HAS to be right!
• Handle pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must have ability to read, write, use a ruler, add/subtract and calculate fractions.
• Please have familiarity with using computers and online programs. We'll teach you our systems, but the right person wil already know how to use the machine.
• Must be able to receive and carry out instructions provided in written or verbal form.
