The Opportunity: Area Manager
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for directing service and staff for your service territory.
Here are a few things you will be responsible for.
The enforcement of all safety rules both on, and off the jobsite for the team.
Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies processes to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division
Supervision of direct reports including; interviewing, hiring, payroll, timekeeping, disciplinary action, employee appreciation, training and development of team members.
Sets and meets organizational goals with regard to P&L performance
What you will bring to NELBUD.
Prior experience in a lead, supervisor or manager position is required.
Maintain a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles to job sites.
Ability to work a varying schedule including late evening to early morning hours.
