The Opportunity: Area Manager

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for directing service and staff for your service territory.

Here are a few things you will be responsible for.

• The enforcement of all safety rules both on, and off the jobsite for the team.

• Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies processes to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division

• Supervision of direct reports including; interviewing, hiring, payroll, timekeeping, disciplinary action, employee appreciation, training and development of team members.

• Sets and meets organizational goals with regard to P&L performance

What you will bring to NELBUD.

• Prior experience in a lead, supervisor or manager position is required.

• Maintain a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles to job sites.

• Ability to work a varying schedule including late evening to early morning hours.
