NASC is seeking a Senior Analyst for the U.S. Indo Pacific Command Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii.

Responsibilities/Duties

Candidate will be responsible for supporting OUSD R&E/ Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER) key lines of effort including Experimentation & Assessment Campaign (R-EAC) program planning, scheduling, knowledge management, and capability document development. This candidate will optimize R-EAC coordination and integration with United States Force Korea (USFK) and United States Forces Japan (USFJ).

The Senior Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Represent and support program as directed.

Coordinate with the Services, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and Industry in the planning and execution of R-EAC efforts.

Attend Concept Development, Initial, Mid & Final Planning Conferences/Workshops in preparing for and executing exercise demonstration events as required.

Effectively communicate to leadership status of the required efforts

Provide analysis, programming and budgeting to leadership

Contribute to Tactics, Techniques, and Procedural Development, Technical Review and Analysis

Provide Strategic Communication and Knowledge Management across multiple domains including NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS, including: Document and Briefing Production and Archiving; SharePoint Development and Maintenance on Multiple networks
