Navigator International, LLC is looking for construction project managers to join our rapidly growing team!


Requirements


  • Experience managing government and commercial construction projects.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations for duration or the projects (US only).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain military base access.
  • Pay based on contract award and level of experience.


Responsibilities


  • Project Planning / Bid and Proposal Development
    • Review project documents
    • Generate project budgets
      • Material estimation
      • Negotiate with and obtain material supplier quotes
      • Personnel and resource allocation
        • Negotiate with and obtain subcontractor quotes
        • Generate manpower requirements
        • Generate equipment requirements
        • Generate project proposal documents in compliance with customer requirements
    • Design Coordination
      • Collaborate with customers, engineers, and architects to determine the specifications and designs of the project
      • Conduct regular Design Review Meetings to ensure compliance with building code, customer expectations, and project requirements
      • Generate product/design submittals
      • Ensure design deadlines are met to keep the project on schedule
      • Document all field modifications necessary to produce redline and as built drawings
      • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
    • Document Control
      • Compilation of project documents
      • Dissemination of project documents to all related parties
      • Maintain record of SBU document holders
      • Management of project documents in Procore
    • Scheduling
      • Generating and maintaining of individual project schedules
        • In conjunction with Dir of Ops, PMs, and CMs
        • Maintained in Procure
        • Updating and communication of schedule with subcontractors
        • Update project schedule every two weeks (minimum)
        • On Site Management
          • Interfacing directly with client
          • Coordination of design/project/progress review meetings
          • Coordination, management, and supervision of NI personnel
          • Coordination and management of subcontractors
          • Coordination of equipment
          • Coordination, receiving, and storge of materials
  • Coordination of QA/QC inspections
  • Generate monthly progress invoices
  • Promote implementation and compliance with NI policies
    • Health Safety Environmental Policy
      • OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety Certification required
    • Quality Assurance / Quality Control
    • NI SOPs
